ALIGNED Insurance believes that it is a privilege to handle our clients insurance needs and that it is our corporate social responsibility to give generously and regularly to support the great work charitable and not profits organizations do every day across Canada.
As part of our commitment to give regularly, every month an ALIGNED Advocate selects a Canadian charity of their choice and ALIGNED makes a donation to that organization on their behalf. In recognition of the great work they do Ana Alberto selected Kids in Camp for April, 2016.
More About Kids in Camp
“The experience of summer camp enhances the personal development of youth and establishes a strong foundation for their future growth. KIC is a charitable organization established to financially assist families to send their kids to camp.
The Mission of KIDS IN CAMP is to make the wonder of a camp experience available to kids from all backgrounds. It’s an opportunity for them to gain positive memories that will last a lifetime. It’s a chance to learn about themselves and others in a camper-focused program. The camp experience is both worthwhile and valuable: it teaches cooperation, acceptance of others, sportsmanship, tolerance and an environmental ethic in a way that is impossible to duplicate elsewhere. Each year KIDS IN CAMP will sponsor children to attend one of over 300 camps throughout Ontario, all accredited by the Ontario Camps Association.

Our Vision Every child deserves the opportunity to play, have fun, and make friends in a safe camp environment. Our vision is that no child would be prevented from attending camp due to financial considerations. We are committed to helping as many children as possible participate in this unique opportunity. ”
