Waste Haulers Insurance Coverage Package Overview
The Waste Haulers Insurance Coverage Package that ALIGNED Insurance offers can include Commercial Automobile, Property and Inland Marine, Crime, Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) and Commercial General Liability (CGL) for eligible waste haulers whose primary operations are residential and/or commercial refuse hauling.

- Hauling of Recyclables (either to be recycled or have been recycled)
- Portable toilet companies
- Construction/demolition debris removal & recycling
- Hauling of Waste to and from Transfer stations and landfills
- Scrap metal dealers excluding processing operations
- Green waste recovery
Ineligible/Excluded Operations For Our Waste Haulers Insurance Coverage Package
- Demolition operations
- Fleets with predominantly owner-operator exposure
- Hazardous materials and haulers (Hazmat)
- Landfills
- Medical Waste haulers
- Oils, fuels, liquids, etc. transportation/disposal via the use of tanker trailers (other than tanker trucks/trailers used for liquid sludge and portable toilet cleaning as part of eligible class operations.
- Oil and grease trap operations
- Long-Haul Trucking
- Junkyards
- Scrap Recyclers that process materials presenting manufacturing type operations and exposures such as shredding, cutting, shearing, magnetic grappling, crushers, incinerating, torching.
