Welcoming Sydni Felice to ALIGNED Insurance
Andrew Clark, President and CEO is pleased to announce that Sydni Felice has joined ALIGNED as an Assistant Advocate. Sydni Felice reports to Andrew Clark and works in ALIGNED Insurance’s National Operations Centre in Cambridge, Ontario.
Sydni has more than three years of operations and administration experience in a personal lines insurance setting. Beginning in a part-time role, she soon advanced to balancing a full-time operational role with her final years of school. Upon graduation, Sydni achieved her RIBO designation and started considering a commercial role in a motivated and inspirational company.
Fate intervened when Sydni’s mother, Darcy Franko-Felice, AVP, decided to join the ALIGNED team. After hearing about ALIGNED’s growth and potential, Sydni reached out to Andrew Clark, President and CEO, to explore an opportunity with the brokerage.
Sydni is currently working towards her CAIB – Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker – designation. She shared, “Its exciting to join a young, successful, company that boasts many career opportunities – ALIGNED clearly values its employees and their education.”
Insurance is a family tradition. Sydni’s grandmother worked in the industry and her mother and sister followed suit. Sydni states, “Thanks to these women, I recognize just how many opportunities and variety there is in the industry and how rewarding a career in insurance can be.”
The opportunity to join a national insurance organization that keeps setting itself apart from other brokers is part of what led Sydni to join ALIGNED. She is excited to explore opportunities for continued growth and work with ALIGNED’s team of insurance advocates across Canada.
